MNC conducts a structured interviews and in-depth assessment process that identifies strengths and weaknesses in the fund raising program.
This process includes the following:
- Interviews with the key personnel associated with the fund development initiatives
- In-depth assessment that looks at all the past activities and evaluates potential future fund raising activities the organization might undertake.
- Assisting in creating a fund development plan that identifies fundraising targets, strategies for cultivating top contributors and methods of soliciting needed funds.
- Assembling and distributing a case for giving that articulates the programs and services of the organization.
